Peptara Labs states every batch is tested by Titreon Analytical, described on the live page as a third-party laboratory whose quality system is aligned to ISO/IEC 17025:2017, not itself accredited. That qualifier travels with the name each time this file describes it.

Janoshik supplies a second-laboratory bacterial endotoxin report on the Retatrutide, Tirzepatide, BPC-157 and GHK-Cu batches. Four Janoshik reports are published. Each carries a verification key.

Alignment is a description of how the laboratory says it built its quality system. Holding the standard would be a status granted by an outside body. Those are two different claims wearing similar words.
This site quotes the first. It did not obtain the second. It holds no status for Titreon Analytical from any standards body, and it does not imply one.

Two of those reports were downloaded by this site and confirmed by file type: the Retatrutide report and the BPC-157 report, each a PNG image.
Each Janoshik report carries a verification key. Peptara Labs states the key can be checked at janoshik.com/verify. This site has not tested that step, and does not link it. It is named here as a step the company states, not as a check this site ran.
A laboratory sheet settles what was measured in the batch it names, on the day it was issued, by the laboratory named on it. It does not, by itself, tie a vial in a reader's hand to that sheet.
That connection is a separate step, and the published route runs through support with the order number. The certificates those laboratories produced are counted in the certificates those laboratories produced, and the rule this file follows is set out in the wording rule this site holds itself to.
